What Do I Need to Know?

Preparing for Surgery

Arrange transportation to and from the surgery center.
The facility will call you to complete preregistration. This is when you will be provided information about fasting requirements and medication instructions before surgery. You willl also be given a surgery time.
Preparing your home for post-operative recovery.
Call your insurance to learn abour your insurance coverage and benefits.

Bring your photo ID, insurance card, and a form of payment for your surgical copay and premium lens fee.
Expect to be at our center for a total of 2 hours. This is includes pre-operative care, operation time, and post operative care.
