Dr. Kevin Sullivan

Dr. Kevin Sullivan is an owner of Niles Surgery Center.
Dr. Kevin L. Sullivan is a board-certified ophthalmologist and surgeon with over 20 years of experience providing complete eye care. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Northwestern University and his Doctor of Medicine degree from Loyola University School of Medicine. He completed an internship in internal medicine at Evanston Hospital and his ophthalmology residency at Wills Eye Hospital. Dr. Sullivan was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society at Northwestern and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society at Loyola.
Dr. Sullivan performs cataract surgery, corneal transplants, laser surgery, LASIK, and SMILE. He has staff privileges at Resurrection Medical Center and St. Alexius Medical Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Illinois Association of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Jason Ethington

Dr. Jason Ethington is an owner of Niles Surgery Center.
Dr. Ethington joined the practice in 2013 and achieved partnership. He completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and received his medical degree with honors at Loyola Stritch School of Medicine. He completed his internship year at the Resurrection Medical Center followed by his ophthalmology training at the Loyola University Medical Center. He is a skilled cataract surgeon and has a special interest in treating medical retinal disease such as age-related macular degeneration and diabetic macular edema.

Dr. Christine Mata

Dr. Christine M. Mata is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for her undergraduate studies in biochemistry and genetics. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University in 2010. She completed an intern year at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, Illinois followed by a residency in ophthalmology at Loyola University Medical Center in 2014. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Illinois Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons, and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. She is a skilled cataract surgeon and has a special interest in treating medical retinal disease such as age-related macular degeneration and diabetic macular edema.
