Billing
- Niles Surgery Center has separate financial and billing policies and procedures from your surgeon’s office. You will receive two separate bills. One from your physician’s office for the professional surgeon services and one from Niles Surgery Center for your surgical facility fee.
- Your services will be billed to your insurance company. You are responsible for the payment of your in-network/out-of-network deductible, co-payment and/or coinsurance at the time of your procedure. These fees are mandated by your insurance carrier and cannot be waived. Please be prepared to pay these fees at the time of service.
Prior to Surgery Day
- Expect a phone call from one of our nurses 3-7 days before surgery. During this call we will complete a pre-assessment and answer any questions you may have.
- You will receive a second phone call 1-3 days before surgery that will provide you with an arrival time
